KELLY LULLABY MUNCHKIN DOLL has reddish hair & blue eyes & she has freckles. Kelly wears a Costume Dress that has a shimmery pink Top w/bow at neck & a glittery pink tulle Skirt. She also wears a tall pointed (cone shape) shimmery pink Hat w/glittery tulle around head part & pink flower at the top tip, a pair of pink Shoes & there's a rolled piece of paper near her hand. TOMMY AS MAYOR MUNCHKIN DOLL HAS dark hair (molded) & green eyes.
