Our family has enjoyed playing this game. Only four players can play at a time and we have more people in our family, but some family members will team up. In some ways this game is similar to Stop Thief with the spy communicator (which looks like a small hand-held radio) taking the place of the police scanner. When the communicator is first turned on, players are instructed where to place their secret agents. On each turn, a player can enter two moves into the communicator. The communicator then announces where on the board it thinks the player should be and instructs the player to pick up the communicator to listen to a message just for that player. We have found the volume on the communicator is loud enough that if a player does not firmly press the communicator to their ear then the other players can hear the message. Also, sometimes it is difficult to place the communicator back on the board properly so that the volume is loud enough for all players. Players use the messages to find an agent on each continent. When these agents are found the player received cards that can be used to help them find the mastermind. The first person to travel to travel to the spot where the mastermind is located and correctly identify that location wins the game. The game is fun and the element of the communicator adds some excitement.

This game is a lot of fun for my 5 and 8 year old son (and myself). Since we bought it we have played it every day in the evening, because they want to track down a mastermind and catch him every day. Instead of playing against each other, we are working as a team to get the clues and find the master mind. Even for my 8 year old it is not very easy to find the master mind by himself.
What the children love is that they always put codes into the phone to tell the phone where they are going or what they are doing. I enjoy calculating where the mastermind might be located from the clues given.
It is fun to find out new strategies how to track down the mastermind faster.
One draw back: The secret messages that only one person is supposed to hear are too loud and can be heard by everyone. When playing as a team it doesn't matter, but if you want a more serious match you need to move away from the group with the phone when receiving important messages.
This game has a high replay value. I highly recommend it.
